My wife and I have worked with at lest 5 different agents in Charlotte over the past 12 years. NONE OF THEM have come close to the FANTASTUIC service Joseph provided us on the sale of our property that closed today. Joseph was the second agent we used on this sale and he excelled in service and communications. As soon as we signed with him he immediately scheduled the first of five open houses. He advertised the property on multiple sites and gave it the widest possible exposure. He kept us fully informed of showings and comments received from buyers' agents. When we received and accepted an offer he had his assistant, Jill Urwick, run the interface with the closing attorney. She is also the top of the line. He even had one of his sons mow the lawn to keep the place looking great. The closing was conducted in a town about 45 minutes from where we live. Joseph actually drove from Matthews to our condo in Ballantyne to pick me up and drive me to the closing. I don't think anyone could ask more of any agent and he did it all without being asked. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH HIM!!!

TLDR: Joseph goes above and beyond the duty of a real estate professional. 5/5 Would recommend without reservation. We recently moved to the Charlotte area from out of state and Joseph was recommended to us by a mutual friend. He gave up a weekend driving me all over town. (I think we saw 13 houses over 2.5 days) After deciding on a house he really went to bat for us and helped with negotiating with the builder. There was an issue with our lender's bank wiring the money at the correct time and he waited at the closing office until it cleared and came and meet us with the keys to our new home. Joseph was great to work with, never pushy, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Charlotte area.
